These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vestry website and pre-launch waitlist (the "Service"), operated by [Vestry — entity TBC] ("Vestry", "we", "us"). By submitting any signup form or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.

2. Pre-launch waitlist

Vestry is currently in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Vestry product, any particular feature, or any particular launch date. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, who is granted access at launch and on what terms.

3. Invite codes

Invite codes are personal, non-transferable and provided for the sole use of the intended recipient. We may revoke, invalidate or limit invite codes at any time, including for suspected misuse, fraud, automated submissions or sharing in violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or impersonating information
• Use bots, scripts or automated means to interact with the Service
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including text, design, branding, logos and code, is owned by or licensed to Vestry and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. No investment advice

Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, an offer to sell securities, or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities. Any reference to investing in Vestry is an expression of interest only and is not a binding agreement of any kind.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestry makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to GBP 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and Vestry submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
